| Worship |
Sunday worship services at CSPC include prayer, scripture reading, music, and a
sermon based upon scripture. Children are encouraged to participate through our
regular children's sermon. We also share a time of offering, prayer and community
concerns, and the Sacraments. Our worship is typically ordered in terms of five major
actions centered in the word of God: gathering for worship, hearing God’s word,
responding to God’s word, sealing the word, and scattering to serve God.
We have 2 Worship services, beginning with an 8:30 am service that features
contemporary music and an 11 am service that features more traditional hymns.
Sunday school begins at 9:40 am.
Beginning May 11 and continuing through August 31 we will have a combined
summer worship service only. The combined summer worship service will begin at
10 am.
